Good morning
I just finished reading your interesting article in the Property magazine titled “Choosing the right property to renovate”
In the article it referred to a free download, sadly I have visited the site and cannot locate the “free download”
Perhaps you could point me in the right direction. I would hate to think the free download is only for those that have paid a fee for membership etc.
Possibly just a little cynical and I hpe I am proved wrong as I did enjoy the article.

Have just tried to watch Debbie’s video on setting searches for reno’s and it freezes at the 8.21 mark (8.02 to go). Any suggestions? I am glad to have found your site, good marriage betwwen an internet marketer and a property investor. I am interested in investing in Adelaide with my neice who lives in Rosewater. I’m happy to have found a site with Adelaide focus. Maybe later, when I have made a good start on property investing I can pick your brains on Internet Marketing. I recieve regular email’s from Brett McFall, Tommy Hua etc. I live in Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast but lived in Adelaide (Heathfield, Cumberland Park & Mile End) 1985-90.
