have just found your podcast (through iTunes – one of the top hits) and listened to the first couple of episodes.
Love your work – very informative and inspirational too.
My partner Ellice and I are just looking to move into the property market.
Can you recommend some courses or specific resources we should look into as newbies?
We live in Sydney (northern beaches), and are looking to pursue a buy and hold strategy for the long term, ideally with positive cashflow upfront. I’ve renovated before and done well from a buy/sell, so we wouldn’t exclude that option along the way in order to supplement cashflow. We have about $100K in savings and combined income of around $160K, no kids (yet!).
